You must be at least 18 years of age and be willing to show proof of age: i.e. Driver's License or Credit Card.
If you are a dealer you must provide us with a copy of a valid resale number with your name on it as well.
Neither Antiques for Seven, Ltd. or any of its affiliates or employees will be held responsible for damages incurred due to shipping and handling.
I understand that I will be required to view my purchases ONE WEEK after landing and will make the decision to accept or reject these purchases upon first viewing.
If I reject one or all of the purchases made, I understand that my refund will be due 60 days from the day of that refusal.
Unless otherwise arranged all accepted items must be removed from the warehouse within 7 days from the day of acceptance.
items purchased with a credit card will be charged an additional 3% processing fee on the total amount. (Non-refundabel if the items are refused)
"Private" buyers will be charged state and local taxes. "Dealers" who wish to avoid sales taxes must have a valid resale number on file with us. Otherwise they will be charged sales tax, which will be refunded when a copy of the resale number and ID are in our possession.
